I hold a B.S. in Computer Science from Albright College and bring over 30 years of experience in IT management, primarily at Penn State University, where I focused on delivering exceptional customer service through technology. My background includes technical and customer support, continuous process improvement, and cybersecurity. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between people and technology—developing solutions that are both technically robust and user-friendly, with a strong focus on meeting the needs of customers and stakeholders.
Outside of work, I enjoy learning to play golf and pickleball. My family and I are also on a mission to visit every Major League Baseball Park. I'm a dedicated Phillies fan.
